How to cancel Disney+

✓ Last checked Oct 2026 against Disney+’s official pages. See sources

If Disney+ bills you directly, you cancel from your Account in a web browser, and access continues until the end of your current term. Third-party billing and bundles work differently.

Ways to cancel

Online
Log in at DisneyPlus.com in a browser, select your Profile, then Account, select your Disney+ subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
Third-party billing
If you signed up through a billing partner, cancel through that partner.
Help
Use Disney+’s help center contact options if you can’t cancel.

Step by step

  1. Log in at DisneyPlus.com on a computer or mobile browser.
  2. Select your Profile, then Account, then your Disney+ subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and finish the steps.
  4. Save the confirmation and check your next statement.

Watch out for

Whatever method you use, save proof: a confirmation number, email, screenshot, or certified mail receipt. Then check your next statement.
