✓ Last checked Oct 2026 against Noom’s official pages. See sources

Noom lets you cancel in the app, on the web through the Subscription Portal, or through your phone’s app store if that’s where you subscribed. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel.

Ways to cancel

In the app
Tap your profile picture, then Settings, then Manage Subscription, and follow the prompts.
Web
Sign in to the Noom Subscription Portal and click Cancel Subscription.
App Store / Google Play
If you subscribed through iOS or Android, cancel in that store.

Step by step

  1. Check whether you subscribed with Noom directly or through Apple or Google.
  2. Cancel in the app (Settings, then Manage Subscription) or in the Subscription Portal (Cancel Subscription).
  3. Save the confirmation email or a screenshot.
  4. Read Noom’s refund policy for your program if you want money back.

Watch out for

Whatever method you use, save proof: a confirmation number, email, screenshot, or certified mail receipt. Then check your next statement.
